Dr. Dietz completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and graduate training at the University of South Florida before earning her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. She returned to South Florida to complete her pediatric residency at Broward Health Medical Center, where she developed a strong foundation in both clinical care and patient-centered practice. Throughout her career, Dr. Dietz has seen how traditional healthcare systems can create distance between physicians and families. Prior to joining Coral Ridge Pediatrics, Dr. Rojas practiced in both private and multi-location pediatric settings, caring for children from birth through young adulthood and gaining experience across a wide range of clinical needs. As a mother, Dr. Rojas brings a deeply personal perspective to her work.
