She created the practice with a clear vision — to offer a more personal, connected approach to pediatric care, where families feel known, supported, and never rushed. Dr. Dietz completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and graduate training at the University of South Florida before earning her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. She returned to South Florida to complete her pediatric residency at Broward Health Medical Center, where she developed a strong foundation in both clinical care and patient-centered practice. Throughout her career, Dr. Dietz has seen how traditional healthcare systems can create distance between physicians and families. Coral Ridge Pediatrics was built as a response to that — a place where time, access, and relationships come first. She is deeply committed to creating an environment that feels both modern and personal, blending high-quality medical care with the kind of attention and familiarity families often feel is missing in larger systems. She believes pediatric care should feel personal, accessible, and unhurried — centered around truly knowing each child and supporting parents with thoughtful guidance at every stage. She earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Broward Health Medical Center. Prior to joining Coral Ridge Pediatrics, Dr. Rojas practiced in both private and multi-location pediatric settings, caring for children from birth through young adulthood and gaining experience across a wide range of clinical needs. As a mother, Dr. Rojas brings a deeply personal perspective to her work. She was drawn to the direct primary care model because it reflects the kind of environment she would want for her own daughter — one where families have time, access, and a true relationship with their pediatrician.
